Biking with the Guys
Last weekend Ben and Jason and I took the nice ride out to the north fork bridge- about a 16 mile loop. There were a few spots of snow covering the road, and some big puddles to play through- but other than that it was a great ride. The evening before the temps were low enough and there was so much moisture in the air that the hoar frost the morning we rode was awesome!
Last weekend I also hiked out to the VOR hill (not sure what it stands for. . . I'll have to find out)- I believe it's relics of the military station that was out here at one time. . . **UPDATE: VOR stands for VHF omni-directional radio range. its what our planes use these days for radio navigation*** Thanks to Bill for keeping me up to speed. . . I guess it has nothing to do with the military station at all :)
